Skipper
Mark is 39 years old and married with three young children, living in Dongara for most of his life.
Mark has always been involved in life on the water and in the Lobster Industry for most of his years since leaving school as a 15 year old.
He has been a deckhand on many boats and in recent years has been skippering boats in the Lobster industry working at Dongara, Abrohlos Islands, Shark Bay and Kalbarri.
Matt
Skipper
His age disguises his experience. Matt has already been on the water more than many people twice his age. A fanatical surfer, Matt can show you surf breaks the others are still looking for! Any chance he can he is in the water! Matt is also a tireless worker and will go the extra mile to ensure you enjoy your time with us.
Matt is an extremely experienced fisherman and like Mark, can be relied upon to navigate the ‘Kylin’ to the best fishing, diving, and surfing spots.
Chris
Crew
Another of our hard workers, Chris is a local of the Pilbara and, being a automotive fitter can be handy to have around. He has now put away the tools though and is keen to show people the coast he loves. Chris comes to us after spending time on other charter vessels up the coast.
Jim
Crew/Dive Master
Although from a farming background, Jim has always loved the sea. Jim is not only one of our deckies but is our resident Dive Master and is very keen to show you the pristine beauty of the ‘underwater world’ at the Montebello’s. Jim is keen to ensure that everyone’s experience with us is a memorable one, so should you have any suggestions, make them to Jim.
Josh
Cook
Our “Chef Extraordinaire”, Josh was professionally trained in WA’s wine region. His knowledge of food enables us to make sure everyone’s appetite is satisfied and caters for those with specific dietary needs. Any special requests - just make them to Josh and he will endeavour to accommodate.
Tony
Cook

Been around for a couple of years now, this retired farmer and agricultural consultant is able to keep you well fed as well as tell a story or two. Bring out the playing cards at your own peril though!
