Although from a farming background, Jim has always loved the sea. Jim manages our business in Exmouth and is responsible for our bookings and liaising with our clients. Jim is also a Dive Master and is very keen to show you the pristine beauty of the ‘underwater world’ at the Montebello’s. Jim is keen to ensure that everyone’s experience with us is a memorable one, so should you have any suggestions, make them to Jim.

His age disguises his experience. Matt has already been on the water more than many people twice his age. A fanatical surfer, Matt can show you surf breaks the others are still looking for! Any chance he can he is in the water! Matt is also a tireless worker and will go the extra mile to ensure you enjoy your time with us.

Matt is an extremely experienced fisherman and can be relied upon to navigate the 'Kylin' to the best fishing, diving, and surfing spots.

Billy has been living locally in Exmouth for the last few years. His time on the water has taken him to many different places and industries, from local ferries to pearling, cray fishing, whale shark boats, super yachting, oil and gas and now the KYLIN. Billy has worked the northwest region extensively and is familiar with local tides, weather patterns and the best places to be.

Billy's extensive experience also means that he can be relied upon to find the perfect spots for fishing, diving, and surfing for our clients - any chance of getting in for a surf or a dive and Billy's there.

Our "Chef Extraordinaire", Josh was professionally trained in WA's wine region. His knowledge of food enables us to make sure everyone’s appetite is satisfied and caters for those with specific dietary needs. Josh has recently travelled extensively through South America and has many new dishes to add to his repertoire. Josh has also produced a small booklet (copies are on board) about the history of the Atomic Bomb testing at the islands in the 1950's. Josh has a great love for, and knowledge of the islands.

Brad is the newest member to the Montebello Crew but by no means is he inexperienced. He has a trade in Marine Carpentry and did his apprenticeship at Austral Ships. This has provided Brad with a wealth of knowledge in maintaining Montebello Island Safaris many boats and houseboat. Brad has always had a love for the ocean, and is a very experienced diver.

Whether it is helping you land the 'big one' or going for a dive Brad is always there to help.

Ren has been working in and around Exmouth and Montebello Islands area for the past 3 years.
He is working towards sitting his Master 5 and Divemaster at the end of 2011. He is extremely motivated in progressing in the marine industry.

Ren is a fanatic with keeping the Kylin clean and serviced, as well as looking after our charter guests so your holiday is always hassle free.
